Dr. Elizabeth M. Gaye-Kamara is the Board Co-Chair, Co-Founder, a global diplomacy strategist, a global Financial Strategist, public administration scholar, and advocate for institutional reform whose work is anchored in advancing ethical governance, international cooperation, and national transformation. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to strengthening institutions, promoting accountability, and positioning governance as a protective force that safeguards citizens and sustains peace.

As Board Co-Chair, I am proud to support a global effort that goes beyond conversation to action. We work across regions to advance peacebuilding, strengthen governance, and develop leaders who are equipped to create lasting change. Dr. Gaye-Kamara holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Accounting, an Executive Master’s in Public Administration, and a Doctorate in Church Ministry with emphasis on Christian Counseling. Her interdisciplinary academic background bridges governance, leadership, ethics, and human development—enabling her to engage global challenges with both technical expertise and moral clarity.

A committed voice in democratic governance and international dialogue, Dr. Gaye-Kamara serves as a Senior Party Stalwart and active member of the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC).
