Provide overall national leadership and strategic direction.
Represent GPBNet International at all national platforms and engagements.
- Oversee policy implementation and institutional coordination
- Ensure alignment with global vision, frameworks, and directives
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the Global Board Leadership through the Founder/CEO & Secretary General.

H.E. Dr. Agnes Fortune - Cannon
Member
- Acting Director for Partnership & Humanitarian Diplomacy (National Level) Terms of Reference.
Lead strategic partnerships and diplomatic engagements.
Strengthen humanitarian collaboration frameworks.
Mobilize institutional partnerships and stakeholder relations.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Country Director and coordinates with Global Partnership structures.

Madam Musu M Kamara

- Acting Deputy Country Director & National Director for Gender Affairs (Board Level) Terms of Reference:
- Support national leadership and operational coordination
Lead gender mainstreaming across all programs and policies.
Drive women empowerment, inclusion, and gender-responsive initiatives.
Reporting Line:
Reports to the Country Director and collaborates with the Global Board on gender priorities.

Mr. Bamie C Bright

- Human Resources Director & Marketing Consultant Terms of Reference:
- Lead human resource management and staff development systems.
- Strengthen organizational culture and performance frameworks.
- Drive marketing, branding, and institutional visibility strategies.
Reporting Line:
Reports to the Country Director and supports national and global branding initiatives.

Mr. F Oliver Williyan I

Director for Urban Resilience & Risk Governance Terms of Reference:
- Lead urban resilience and disaster risk reduction programs.
- Develop policy frameworks for sustainable urban governance.
- Coordinate partnerships on resilience and risk management initiatives.
- Reporting Line: Reports to the Country Director and collaborates with Programs Units and Global Advisors.

Mr. Odusanaya M. Abdulhakeem IV

Board Member & Acting Director for Operations Terms of Reference
Oversee operational systems and program execution logistics.
Ensure efficiency, compliance, and delivery effectiveness.
Coordinate field operations and institutional performance systems.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Country Director and works closely with Administrative and Program Units.

- Acting Secretary General (National Level) Terms of Reference:
Coordinate national board administration and documentation systems.
Manage official communications and board protocols.
Ensure implementation of board resolutions and compliance standards.
Reporting Line:
Reports to the Country Director and liaises with the Global Board Secretariat.

Rev Dr Eric T. Seh Cassel

President, Global Peace and Leadership University (Under GPBNet International) Terms of Reference:
Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for the University. Oversee curriculum development, accreditation, and training standards.
Promote research, leadership development, and peace education programs. Strengthen institutional linkages between the University and GPBNet programs.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Country Director and collaborates with the Global Board on academic and institutional development

President, Chaplaincy Global Mission (Under GPBNet International)
Terms of Reference:
Lead chaplaincy programs, spiritual leadership, and pastoral care initiatives.
Coordinate faith-based peacebuilding and community engagement efforts.
Strengthen interfaith collaboration and moral leadership frameworks.
Support psychosocial and spiritual resilience programs within communities.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Country Director and supports both National and Global strategic initiatives.
